Sportzone Forms is a secure, enterprise registration and payment infrastructure platform designed for operational continuity, integration flexibility, and controlled data governance.

We use collected data to operate registration workflows, process payments, enforce waitlist/capacity rules, deliver notifications, support integrations, maintain platform security, and provide technical support and service continuity.
3. Integration and Data Architecture
Sportzone Forms is built to integrate into existing technology environments. Depending on your configuration, data may be transmitted through secure API endpoints, webhooks, scheduled exports, and processor tokenization flows. Integrations can be customized to align with existing database, CRM, ERP, ticketing, or warehouse structures.
4. Infrastructure, Security, and Compliance
The platform uses enterprise-grade infrastructure controls, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, tenant isolation, secure session management, and monitored backup/recovery processes. Payment data is handled using PCI-compliant tokenized workflows through integrated processors.
5. Payment Data Handling
Sportzone Forms does not store raw cardholder data on its servers. Payment processor integrations (including Stripe, Square, and Moneris) use tokenized mechanisms for transaction processing and recurring schedules.
6. Sharing and Subprocessors
We share data only with service providers and subprocessors required to deliver platform functionality (for example: cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and integration endpoints configured by your organization). We do not sell personal data.
7. Data Roles and Responsibilities
Sportzone Forms acts as a data processor on behalf of its customers, who act as the data controllers. Customers are responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data collected through the platform, including ensuring appropriate legal basis and compliance with applicable privacy laws.

In the event of a confirmed data security incident affecting customer data, Sportzone Forms will investigate and contain the incident, notify affected customers without undue delay, and provide relevant information to support regulatory or user notifications where required.
9. Retention and Deletion
Data retention periods are determined by customer configuration, contractual obligations, and applicable legal requirements. Customers may request data export or deletion in accordance with their agreement. We retain records required for operational continuity, financial reconciliation, support diagnostics, and compliance.
