These terms govern use of Sportzone Forms as an enterprise registration and payment infrastructure platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sportzone Forms, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Platform Scope and Intended Use
Sportzone Forms supports structured registration workflows, payment collection and scheduling, waitlist and capacity logic, multi-user administration, and integration into existing technology environments. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Accounts, Roles, and Access Control
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and configuring role-based access permissions appropriately. You are responsible for activity performed under your account, including activity by authorized team members.
4. Integrations and Data Interoperability
The platform provides webhook, API, export, and processor integration capabilities. Integration mapping can be configured to align with your internal schemas and downstream workflows. You are responsible for validating your own integration logic and destination system behavior.
5. Payments and Financial Controls
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (including Stripe, Square, and Moneris) using tokenized methods. Processor terms and policies apply independently. You are responsible for any obligations associated with your processor account(s), charge disputes, and financial reconciliation.
6. Service Levels and Support
Sportzone Forms operates with monitored infrastructure and a structured support model. Availability and response targets are operational objectives unless otherwise defined in a separate executed agreement.
7. Security and Compliance Model
Sportzone Forms applies defense-in-depth controls across infrastructure, application, and payment layers. You acknowledge that your own organization remains responsible for user-level security practices, endpoint security, and data governance obligations within your environment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Sportzone Forms’ total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Sportzone Forms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business interruption.
9. Data Ownership
All data submitted through Sportzone Forms remains the property of the customer. Sportzone Forms acts solely as a processor of such data and does not claim ownership.
10. Termination and Data Handling
Upon termination of service, customers may request export of their data within a reasonable period. Data will be retained or deleted in accordance with contractual obligations and applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
